Mike Lively has worked in the technology and e-commerce sectors for over 20 years, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Slickdeals, the online deal platform where millions of users discover and share the most up-to-date online deals. His role involves overseeing the engineering efforts that enhance the online shopping experience for Slickdeals' large user base, which ranks the site among the top most-visited during peak shopping seasons such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. With a focus on optimizing customer experiences not just during these high-traffic periods but throughout the year, Mike leads his team in implementing proactive strategies around security, load testing, and monitoring to ensure the site's performance is robust and can handle significant spikes in traffic.
Ray Espinoza
Ray Espinoza is CISO at Inspectiv. With over 20 years in technology and 15 years in information security, Ray’s collaborative leadership style has enabled him to build information security and risk management programs that support business objectives and maintain customer trust across organizations large and small. Ray is responsible for driving operational security, risk and oversees security service delivery for Inspectiv’s customers. Prior to Inspectiv, Ray was VP of Cloud Security at Medallia. Additionally, he has held VP and CISO roles at Cobalt, Proofpoint and security leadership positions at Amazon, Workday, Cisco Systems and eBay.
